Baseline terms for access to ForumCue's public website and Community Monitoring application.
Use of the service
Users must access ForumCue through an authorized Workspace and use the product lawfully. Workspace Owners are responsible for membership and monitoring scope decisions.
ForumCue may change collection methods and internal operations without exposing those mechanics as customer-configurable schedules or jobs.
Availability and review
Public-source availability may change, and Community Monitor results may be delayed or incomplete. ForumCue does not guarantee uninterrupted or real-time access.
This policy should be reviewed against ForumCue's deployed infrastructure and applicable law before production launch.
