ForumCue is for product, growth, market, community, and research teams that need to revisit public Reddit discussions with their source and time context intact.

ForumCue combines community-wide discovery, rule-based topic matches, and chosen Post tracking. Where collection has observed them, it also retains listing positions, changing Post state, available Comments, and Data Freshness so findings can be checked against source.

A Post appearing or matching a rule is one observation, not a conclusion. Later observed positions, score and comment changes, and available discussion provide context, but they do not prove why a community responded.

Product questions, purchase hesitations, usage experiences, and community norms are scattered across Posts and Comments. ForumCue gives teams a repeatable way to observe selected scopes, compare what was actually seen, and return to the source before making a claim.

ForumCue offers three Monitor kinds: a Community Monitor for one public subreddit, a Listening Topic with one to five keyword rules, and a Post List of Reddit links chosen by the Workspace.

A Workspace owns access, membership, and Plan capacity. A Project is the scope someone reads and analyzes: it references the Workspace's Monitors, so the same Monitor can serve multiple Projects without being counted twice.

ForumCue retains observations from the Reddit listings the platform supports, such as New, Hot, Rising, or Best where available. The exact listing and coverage depend on the source and collection state; users do not set the acquisition cadence.

Each available listing snapshot records the listing, capture time, and observed Post position. Separate Post observations record changing state. ForumCue can compare those recorded points, but missing observations are unknown, not evidence that a Post was absent.

Depending on source availability and collection coverage, ForumCue retains public Posts, available Comments, Listening Topic matches, source links, observed listing positions, Post state changes, capture times, and Data Freshness.

ForumCue stores Comments that collection can access. Reddit availability, a Post's state, and access limits can leave gaps; it does not promise every Comment.

The platform sets collection cadence and shows Data Freshness. Users and Plans do not set or accelerate that cadence. ForumCue does not promise real-time updates or complete Reddit coverage.

A Community Monitor follows the Posts of one subreddit. A Listening Topic gathers Posts matching its explainable rules across the search scope. A Project can bring both into one research view.

ForumCue's product Analysis uses statistics and explicit rules on a Project's observed Monitors. It can highlight community, topic, and tracked-Post findings with sample context. It does not currently generate LLM sentiment or opportunity scores.

The application includes authenticated MCP tools for reading relevant Monitor Posts, available Comments, ranking summaries, and Data Freshness. Confirm production availability and client setup before relying on an integration; public API access is not announced here.

An authorized MCP-capable client may use ForumCue's available tools. Compatibility depends on the deployed service, client, and account authorization. Contact ForumCue to confirm the current connection path.

ForumCue exposes source links, observed Post and Comment data, capture time, and Data Freshness where available. Ask the AI client to cite those fields and verify consequential claims against the original Reddit content; ForumCue cannot guarantee how an external model phrases its answer.

Reddit source text should be treated as untrusted research data, not instructions. MCP access is scoped by authentication and permissions. Review any proposed action in your AI client before approving it.

ForumCue's public positioning focuses on publicly readable Reddit content. Private, banned, deleted, or otherwise inaccessible content should not be promised as available data.

ForumCue focuses on research and monitoring. It does not offer automated posting, bulk commenting, account farming, or ways to circumvent Reddit rules.

No. ForumCue provides source, timing, and change evidence to help you form and test judgments. Community behavior depends on content, timing, rules, and chance, so historical data cannot guarantee future outcomes.

Workspace membership and user authorization define accessible Monitor data. MCP calls use authenticated access; a user's AI client does not gain a broader Workspace scope merely because it reads through a tool.
