ForumCue may process account identifiers, Workspace membership details, Community Monitor configuration, personal Read Markers, support messages, and consent choices.
ForumCue also processes publicly readable subreddit and Post data to provide Community Monitors. Public source data does not become a customer's private data simply because it appears in a Workspace.
How information is used
Information is used to provide authentication, monitoring views, search, Workspace collaboration, support, security, and legal compliance.
This policy should be reviewed against ForumCue's deployed infrastructure and applicable law before production launch.
